This is not Lulla's first time at the Rodeo as they say (odd saying), but this is our second time participating in the Loved By Parents Awards. Last year Lulla doll was voted the Best Baby Comforter and as the Best Doll/Soft Toy. We all did the Happy dance then.. and now.
