The following general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products sold by RoRo ehf through the online store www.lulladoll.com / www.rorocare.com. Your use of the site to purchase merchandise acknowledges your agreement to follow and to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale.


Terms of Service

Goods are subject to availability. Online orders are generally processed and packaged within 2-3 business days of receipt. Information on tracking will be sent to customer's email when the package is shipped out. Delivery to most areas takes 2-7 business days but can take longer to remote areas. A package is not considered lost until 45 days post shipment. Should the ordered item be out of stock, or in case of any delay of delivery, we will inform you via e-mail.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices on the online store are stated in USD. Prices do not include local duties and taxes and the customer is responsible for paying these fees upon receiving the goods.

Shipping costs are calculated separately for each sent package, according to destination and size. Shipping cost to Asia is $5 for one doll and $7 for 2+ dolls. Shipping cost to all other areas is $12 for one doll and $15 for 2+ dolls.

The doll uses two AAA batteries and batteries are not included.


Privacy Policy

When you purchase a product at the RoRo online store, we ask only for the information necessary to process your order properly. These include contact information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address - and any account or credit card information necessary for completing your payment.

RoRo will only pass information on to the shipping/delivery company to enable it to deliver the goods to its destination. No sensitive information will be passed on.


Refund Policy

RoRo warrants all products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of delivery. If you think your product might be faulty or defective contact us at roro@rorocare.com

Should you for any reason not be satisfied with your purchased item, you can return it within 14 days of arrival, for an exchange or for a full refund of the original payment of the item (transport cost not included).  The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached to it. On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer.  Please enclose your receipt with your name, address and order number.  RoRo will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after RoRo receive the returned products.
