Shipping

We ship all orders from our warehouse in the United States.

Online orders are generally processed and packaged within 1-2 business days of receipt. Information on tracking will be sent to customer's email when the package is shipped out.

US shipping

USA delivery normally takes 2 to 7 business days. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Some areas in the US may have longer delivery times such as rural areas and certain islands. 

Canada

Please note that customs will apply when ordering to Canada.

We do not consider a package lost until 60 days post shipment.
Should the ordered item be out of stock, or in case of any delay of delivery, we will inform you via email.
