Regular orders are generally processed and packaged within 1-2 business days of receipt. There might be a slight delay in regular orders next week, as pre-orders are in priority of being shipped out. Regular orders will be sent out as soon as all pre-orders have been fulfilled.
Information on tracking will be sent to customer's email when the package is shipped out. We ship all Lulla Doll orders from our warehouse in the United States.
